Ask, is every technician in the business certified, or is there only one person and the rest are just using the marketing technique of being certified. 3. In 99% of all computer issues, your favorites, contacts, e-mails, photos, documents, and settings can be saved as well as recovered. They can be also placed conveniently back in their locations when you get the computer back. A lack of knowledge and certification have many companies placing complete copies of harddrives on restored computers. Some even claim that you cannot have anything saved, and wipe out all of your important documents and photos. ![]() 4. Most computers today come with a restore partition or CD/DVDs that can recover your computer back to the original configuration when you bought it. This (in a sense) will give you a new PC, or bring back the performance you once had. 5. A computer company, or you, should make the CD/DVD recovery discs immediately to prevent complications when you really need it. 6. Should not disable startup programs as a solution to computer issues you have. This slows the system and corrupts the registry. Registry problems is one of the largest categories of computer related problems next to malware/spyware/adware that slow a computer and enable vulnerabilities. 7. Are they trustworthy?
