To save you money, we offer drop-off service. If you are unable to
bring it to us, we can arrange a pickup and dropoff service.

In 1994, we moved to Grand
Rapids and began serviceing Kent and surrounding counties. We have

To keep costs low, we have chosen to charge by the hour. Though some places charge set fees, we have proven to complete many of the same jobs within a smaller amount of time which reduces your costs considerably. Many of our strategies reduce the need for repeat service calls—again, saving you money in the long run.
Often times, there are different ways in which to solve or address some of our customer needs. Please speak with an At-Home Comuter Service Representative if you have special needs or conerns. On the other side of that concept lies the reality that some jobs require more time than the computer is worth. We are aware and are willing to adjust accordingly to solve the problem for you.
