LogMeIn is a utility that I have long used to assist many customers remotely.  This saves valuable time and money on both ends and can quickly answer those questions and problems that arise on computers that may require technical assistance.  I have been able to remove viruses, perform maintenance, answer questions, software and hardware installs, or do general checkups requested by the user or the computer.

   Though programs similar in nature are or can be used to gather information about the computer user, this practice is not condoned or used by anyone at At-home Computer Service LLC.  Our account and associated passwords are not known or given to the employees, but only the owner or the designee of the computer owner.

   An invaluable tool that more and more technical companies are using due to the ease of use and security provided.  This program must be installed by the technical staff At-Home Computer Service LLC  with the permission of the computer owner.  The tool's icon should be seen in the "notification area" on any Windows based PC, and either turned on or off with regard to your preference.  At any time, you(the owner) can enable or disable the program.

   For any reason, if you feel that the program is being misused(which is impossible) or compromised(not aware of any vulnerability), simply disable the program and call At-Home Computer Service LLC immediately.  Feel free to uninstall the program as well.  You, the computer owner, is in full control of the PC and this program.  I only hold the passcode used to gain access.  You can uninstall without any harm to your PC or our feelings.

   To keep the program running smoothly, and to alleviate any problems when you do need our assistance, please enable/start the program and update at least montly.
